How long will it take to process my order?
Please allow up to 12 hours to clear any payments or shipping information. Depending on payment, Your order will be shipped out the following morning before 12pm.

Are the items I want to buy brand new?
The items will be determined by staff if they are new or not. Staff will determine whether it NIB (New in Box), SLIGHTLY USED (Minimal damage/wear and tear) or USED (normal expected wear and tear). The details will be located in the description of the item. If you feel uncomfortable before any purchase you may contact us via email.
